Soar high! Stay strong! Is Susan's motto for life! She defies any obstacle and believes we must rise above and maintain a strong, positive mind. She is passionate about making an impact and igniting the fire in people. Her journey began over 15 years ago when fitness enabled her to overcome many of life's circumstances. She then decided to make it an essential goal to aid in developing strong minds and healthy humans. With a certification in Maddog Spinning, she instructed challenging cardio classes. From there she was granted the honor of becoming a Certified Personal Trainer (AFAA) due to her inspiring changes and self-formed workout plans. She furthered her certifications through nationally recognized NASM CPT. Over ten years she has worked with all ages, focusing on nutrition, weight loss, muscle definition, military training, athlete performance in their perspective sport, and disease/surgery recovery. She has a background as a physical therapist tech; therefore incorporates physical therapy in clients routines. As well, she has teamed with doctors and chiropractors, training their clients and ensuring the best road to health possible. Her resume also includes training Marines to prepare them for Parris Island as well as Camp LeJeune and surrounding bases performing HIIT training and PT preparation. Currently she is studying for her Master Trainer certification (NASM) as well as her Masters in Health Science and Sports Nutrition. When she is not training, Susan spends valuable time with her four amazing boys, training them and developing lifelong character and skills.

This all-encompassing plan improves your mental clarity and emotional stability in addition to your physical capacity. True exercise, in our opinion at Broken Wings Fitness, affects all aspect of your life and goes beyond the gym. Our goal is to equip you to transcend constraints, boost confidence, and lead a better, more balanced life. Broken Wings Fitness is fundamentally community and support based. As an athletic coach she brought many athletes to peak performance as they gained strength and skills taking them to National, Olympic, and recruiting levels for colleges. Additionally, Susan is driven toward her goals to become an IFBB Pro Figure Bodybuilder. She trained and competed October 3, 2020 in the First Call Out National Qualifier, located in Coral Springs, FL. She won in all 4 categories she entered. Over the next year she will bring an even better package to the stage in her National debut. During 2020, she was hand selected to compete for the cover of Ms. Muscle & Fitness Hers Magazine. She was honored to have placed 7th from top competitors throughout the United States
